Description of Work Unit: Housed under the CSU Climate Initiative, the Spur Climate Hub at Colorado State University's Denver-based Spur Campus is a pioneering initiative designed to address the multifaceted challenges of climate change. This hub aims to leverage CSU's extensive expertise as a leading land-grant university renowned for its world-class climate-related knowledge, innovative education and training programs, and robust track record of climate innovation.
Position Summary: Colorado State University seeks a full-time Director to lead a new system-wide Climate Hub at the CSU's Denver-based Spur Campus. The director will be responsible for working with internal organizers to refine the initial offerings and secure buy-in for a holistic vision for the hub. The director will lead the development and execution of a five-year plan to support the diverse needs of a wide range of public, private, and philanthropic partners in need of highly tailored climate information and programming.
