Administrative Assistant- Billing We are currently seeking a temp to hire an Administrative Assistant to join our client's busy finance team. This position provides administrative support and clerical billing tasks for the firm. The position's responsibilities include invoice preparation and generating, reviewing billing data for accuracy, processing and filing mail, backup coverage for the receptionist, and other administrative tasks as needed. The ideal candidate for this role has 1+ years of administrative experience, proficiency in MS Office (specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook), the ability to support internal and external customers, and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
