Director of Transformation at PepsiCo Beverage Sales, LLC, Purchase, NY (*Telecommuting permitted 30%: work may be performed w/in normal commuting distance from this office.) Work on PepsiCo Beverage North America's Transformation team responsible for mng, & executing strategic projects, incl but not limited to organizational restructuring, new organization/bus formation, portfolio optimization, & bus divestments. Position reqs a Master's / US or Foreign Equiv in Fin, Bus Admin, Econ, or rel field & 9 yrs of exp in offered or rel roles. Must have 9 yrs exp in project/deal mgmnt & strategy exp in a variety of positions both internally & externally. Must have 4 yrs exp in applying a strategic mindset w/ an ability to think broadly, refine questions, & dvlp analytical frameworks; performance as a highly analytical, motivated, decisive thought leader w/ excellent managerial skills; building financial models in Excel to determine the value of a potential bus restructuring; influencing key decision-makers to align & advance on strategic projects; & exp in a fast-moving consumer goods company.
