It is the essence of how we interact and work--it's how things get done at BlueCrest.Job DescriptionResponsible for all aspects of Treasury including global account management, liquidity management, cash forecasting, intercompany financing, and insurance risk management. The role requires a hands-on approach for leading the day-to-day operations of the Treasury function, strong modeling skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with leaders in Finance, Tax, Legal, and other areas of the business as needed. To be successful, you will need to have i) a strong finance and business acumen, ii) solid capability to influence, collaborate, and lead, and iii) a strategic, growth, and transformative mindset.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage cash management processes including funding strategies, banking operations, global cash flows, foreign exchange, and interest income/expense optimization. Oversee daily cash activities including global cash reporting, intercompany funds movements and transaction processing. Ensure sufficient cash flow to operate effectively globally.
  • Administer bank accounts, credit, and merchant card programs. Manage banking relationships.
  • Manage, track, and reconcile corporate debt balances, calculate accrued interest, implement interest rate strategies, and provide interest expense projections. Ensure debt compliance.
  • Manage revolving credit facility debt levels. Oversee preparation of monthly borrowing base compliance materials in respect of an asset-backed loan facility. Coordinate the associated annual field exams and inventory appraisals.
  • Prepare rolling 13-week cash forecast with a focus on ongoing methodology improvements and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with IT and Shared Services in establishing and maintaining treasury technology solutions including required interfaces to support cash management activities and implement new bank technologies, products, and services to improve the cash cycle and simplify operations.
  • Manage the enterprise risk management program. Evaluate and maintain appropriate insurance coverages and coordinate the annual renewals of all insurance lines.
  • Maintain an effective system of policies and procedures that impose an appropriate level of control over treasury activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the treasury function. Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market trends to identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization of treasury operations and services.
  • Drive BlueCrest behaviors and culture.
  • Provide leadership, advice and counsel to business partners and senior leadership.

  • QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CTP certification a plus.
  • 10+ years of progressive, relevant experience in a multinational environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a private equity environment is a plus.
