The ideal leader will combine strategic thinking, technical expertise, and leadership skills to enhance our manufacturing operations while driving innovation and performance.   • Leadership and Management: Lead and inspire a team of supervisors and production staff fostering a culture of safety, quality, and accountability.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute manufacturing strategies to optimize processes, reduce costs, and align the company's overall business objectives.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and oversee efficient uses of resources and inventory.
  • Talent Development: Recruit, train, and develop team members to build a high-performing engaged workforce.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement robust quality systems and continuous improvement initiatives to deliver superior products.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Sales to align manufacturing operations with company goals.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Vision. Leadership. Drive.
  • Bachelor's degree in business/Operations/Manufacturing/Engineering or related field, required; Master's degree/MBA, preferred
  • 10+ years of proven leadership experience in manufacturing strategy, planning, and operations.
  • Strong expertise in production operations with demonstrated success in leadership roles.
  • Exceptional ability to influence and persuade individuals and groups effectively.
  • Deep understanding of financial metrics, including cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating information from diverse sources.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and high-quality output.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about continuous improvement.
