Job Description Summary:PayPal Ads is looking for a seasoned commercial leader with a track record of building advertising businesses and managing cross-functional teams who will be responsible for the Offers product and commercialization strategy and execution. You will be the business owner of the Offers platform within the PayPal Ads organization. You'll be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, building, and enabling new ways for our advertisers and merchants to engage with users of the Offers platform. You will also work with the consumer marketing team to attract new customers and with your product tram and the engineering organization to keep engaged Offers customers. You will work closely with cross-functional partners, including sales, operations, finance, product, engineering, and marketing. Job Description:Responsibilities:- Develop a long-term vision for the Offers product and commercialization strategy rooted in a deep understanding of the needs of our consumers, merchants, advertisers, and PayPal.
- Work with all stakeholders to develop and execute the Offers product and commercialization strategy.

- Be the conduit between sales, operations, product, engineering, training, communications, legal, and privacy.
- Be a strategic thought partner to team members in different parts of the business.
- Work with Marketing and PR to develop a marketing and comms plan inclusive of scalable sales collateral, B2B marketing and PR.
- Collaborate with Ad Tech teams to inform ads surfaces/inventory, formats, targeting and pricing needed to enable advertisers to engage audiences across advertiser goals of awareness, trial, and conversion.
Qualifications:- 10+ years of experience working in advertising technology organizations.
- Deep understanding of the advertiser, agencies, affiliate, and advertiser branding and performance needs.
- Network and close working relationships with advertisers, agencies, and ad technology companies, as well as deep expertise and relationships in the broader ad tech ecosystem, including Affiliate Networks, DSPs, SSPs, etc.
- Successful track record building out strategies and partnerships from 0 to 1.
- Hired and managed highly successful sales engineering and enablement organizations.
- Strong financial and business acumen with a high degree of comfort engaging with technical leaders internally and externally.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into the essential points to inform executive decision-making.
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed organization.
- Superior relationship-building and exceptional consultative skills with a passion and hunger to win.
- Results-oriented, analytical, self-motivated, and a hands-on person with a proven ability to meet objectives and targets.
