Broadridge is hiring! The Director, Office of the President will support senior leadership in leading broad strategy and operational projects across the Sales and Marketing organization. This is a visible position within Broadridge that will be filled by a results-oriented team member with strong organization, analytical, presentation, project management, organization and communication skills. The position will report to the VP Client Success Operations & Enablement but will provide significant support to the President - Global Sales, Marketing & Client Solutions (GSMS).

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered 100% onsite, which means you'll be assigned to our 605 Third Avenue Broadridge office and occasionally required to report into our other surrounding offices as needed.

Responsibilities:

30-40% of time spent- Management of Direct Reports (8)

* Day to Day management of Executive Assistants (EA's) and Reception

* Administrative functions related to EA management including understanding and oversight of invoicing, Workday functions, review and approval of time sheets, expense management, backup and coverage, office (605 Third Avenue) oversight for supplies, engagement with building security, Broadridge IT and Facilities

* Talent management for the EA and reception function as a whole (mid-year check ins, performance reviews, coaching, new hire EA and reception onboarding as needed and training on existing and new technologies and related areas required for current job and career development)

60-70% of time spent- Director, Office of the President

* Write, review, edit and send Communications on behalf of President/GSMS (with guidance)

* Proactively prep materials on behalf of President for: Executive Leadership Team meetings, GSMS Senior leadership team (SLT) meetings, Extended SLT meetings, assist with GSMS Town Hall meetings all in partnership with other GSMS support teams and with oversight of VP Client Success & Enablement

* Assist with preparation of materials for Board of Director meetings

* Ensure on site meetings are set up and run successfully

* Work with GSMS and Client Success groups on logistics of HUB events hosted on site and hybrid (with guidance)

* Become subject matter expert on all technology within event rooms and in key environments

* In concert with VP Client Success Operations & Enablement, implement standard calendar and track the monthly operating rhythm of staff meetings, town halls, etc.

Additional/Growth Opportunity

Ensure the community and environment supports happenings that are run in a way that's aligned to how we want to present ourselves to: internal BR associates, Clients, Visitors, The Board of Directors and the industry in general.

This includes branding and GSMS coordination in key Broadridge environments

Qualifications:

* Bachelor degree, MBA Preferred

* Strong communications skills

* Must be a self-starter who is highly organized, adaptable, team oriented, high achiever with organizational/cultural awareness, and experience/comfort interacting with senior management.

* Demonstrated ability to learn quickly.

* Prior people leader experience preferred

* Strong project management on cross-functional teams, with the ability to manage and prioritize across multiple projects.

* Strong presentation skills, including the ability to create compelling presentation material critical to the execution of our sales strategy; highly effective verbal and written communications skills.

* Ability to work with individuals at many levels and establish trust necessary to influence and drive business decisions Ability to facilitate group discussions with a broad set of stakeholders.

Compensation & Benefits:

* Salary: $115,000-$135,000 depending on experience

* Bonus Eligibility: Annual bonus (10%)
