Job Description:
ACA, the leading GRC Advisor in financial services, is seeking a key leader to partner closely with the President. The Director will work with the President to continuously strengthen and improve ACA's relationships with clients, allocators, regulators, strategic partners, industry associations, and media. They will act as a trusted partner by developing a proactive stakeholder engagement and relationship management program, defining and driving effective performance and outcomes against goals, preparing briefings/strategic communications, developing presentations and thought leadership for key meetings, and driving organizational effectiveness and efficiency. This highly visible role will be based in our NYC headquarters. ACA is committed to staff flexibility and all staff work on a hybrid (both office and home) schedule. This will likely be 3 days per week in the office.What you'll do:
  • Partner with the President in his capacity as the face of ACA to develop an engagement agenda and overall program management plan with clients, allocators, regulators, strategic partners, industry associations, and media.
  • Conduct research and develop detailed project plans for engagement of each stakeholder group, with clearly defined success metrics and performance monitoring and reporting.
  • Manage overall stakeholder engagement calendar with internal and external partners to drive effective and efficient outcomes.
  • Prepare engagement briefings that effectively integrate GRC thought leadership, industry trends, ACA's platform roadmap developments, ongoing client priorities, and other strategic initiatives and communications.
  • Team with BU leaders and Advisory business COO to advance strategic goals and objectives, product innovation and operational effectiveness and efficiency across the Global Advisory business units (Global Reg Advisory, Cyber Risk, Performance, ESG).
  • Coordinate and deliver external and internal communications on behalf of the President.
  • Support the President with general administrative tasks such as managing and prioritizing requests, flow of information, and key stakeholder inclusion.
To Qualify for the role, you will have:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics (or related field).
  • 10+ years of experience in financial services. GRC preferred.
  • Experience leading diverse teams across a portfolio of initiatives with reporting accountability to C-level executives.
  • Proven track record working with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders, including partner groups such as HR, Finance and Legal.
