This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, budget management, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The Director will work closely with other departments to optimize operational efficiency and service delivery.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Lead daily oversight of production and quality assurance related to Underground and Aerial constructionDevelop, track, and maintain production, safety, and quality metricsProvide support to Customer in tracking production activities and goalsProvide recommendations/suggestions for quality improvement and work efficiencies as well as implement quality control techniques/methods to overall business unit productionHire, manage, and train employees; schedule work for crews; ensure employees follow rules, practices, policies, and schedulesPrepare reports, forecasts, and budgets as requiredEfficiently research, troubleshoot, and provide solutions to job-related itemsEnsure all corporate policies and procedures are followed and contribute to company strategies and plansThink pro-actively with excellent problem-solving skillsPerform other related duties as assigned.Required Skills and Knowledge for a Successful Candidate:Minimum 10 years' experience in Underground and/or Aerial Construction requiredPrevious experience and an understanding of Cable TV and fiber optic networks (strand, coax, fiber splicing and activation)Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and preferably one or more of the other resource tools previously listedWilling to expand your knowledge, be challenged, and grow in a dynamic and upward trending environmentCapable of providing high productivity and quality workmanship while remaining detail-orientedExercise competent judgment and initiative in executing responsibilitiesDisplay exceptional planning and organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritizePossess a high school diploma or equivalentAble to successfully pass a background check and drug screenMaintain valid driver's license#J-18808-Ljbffr
