Job Description- Lead the preconstruction process for construction projects.
- Oversee estimation and budget development.
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure project efficiency.
- Develop preconstruction strategies and plans.
- Negotiate and manage project contracts.
- Coordinate with architects and engineers during design phase.
- Foster relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure all projects are in compliance with safety regulations.

The Successful ApplicantA successful Director of Preconstruction should have:
- A strong background in the property and construction industry.
- Proven experience in managing preconstruction processes.
- Excellent leadership and a background in affordable housing new and or tenant in place development.
- Adeptness in contract negotiations and budget development.
- Good collaboration skills with a focus on team coordination.
