Master s preferred Current New Jersey RN Licensure BLS required. (American Heart Association) Board certification in nursing leadership andor behavioral health preferred Previous nursing leadership experience in an inpatient behavioral health andor crisis setting required Scheduling Requirements : Full Time 40 hours per week Essential Functions: Staff includes RNs, PCA & Unit Secretaries. Director will manage the staffing, budget & quality measures of the Unit An integral part of the Nursing Leadership Team at RWJ Somerset Responsibility for multiple teams who support daily essential patient care This individual is responsible to have 247 responsibility, recruit and manage multiple teams and improve quality and customer satisfaction
