Together, we are reinventing publishing for the 21st century.Your ImpactWe are seeking an experienced, strategic, and data-driven People Business Partner to support our Advertising organization of roughly 400 employees, based in New York. This role partners directly with the Chief Revenue Officer to drive key people initiatives that align with business priorities, including organization design, workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement. Leveraging data and analytics to guide decisions, you will co-create strategies that enhance employee experience, retention, and performance, while ensuring alignment with overall business goals.Preferred Qualifications8+ years of progressive HR experience, including supporting large, global teams.Strong background in employee engagement, organizational design, and workforce planning.Proven experience in using data and analytics to drive decision-making and inform people strategies.Prosci ADKAR certification preferred; strong change management experience required.Proven ability to partner with Talent Acquisition; experience as a talent acquisition professional is a plus.Design thinking experience is a preferred skill set.Excellent relationship-building, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and challenge at all levels.Experience in supporting international teams or previous living/working internationally is highly preferred.Willingness to travel to key office locations to maintain a close connection with the business and employees.We are looking for a forward-thinking and strategic HR leader who can combine data-driven decision-making with strong interpersonal skills to drive impactful organizational change. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the Chief Revenue Officer on all people-related initiatives and challenges.Lead the development and execution of talent planning, workforce strategies, and retention efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making, drive employee engagement strategies, and track workforce trends.Develop and implement global employee engagement plans based on feedback from engagement surveys and continuous sentiment analysis.Champion change management efforts, ideally leveraging Prosci ADKAR certification or similar methodologies to support effective organizational transitions.Drive talent pipeline development, collaborating closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure top-tier recruitment efforts.Provide coaching and development for leaders across the Advertising organization, with a keen focus on organizational design and employee experience.Regularly assess and adjust compensation and non-monetary rewards to ensure competitive positioning and alignment with retention strategies.Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement, leveraging design thinking principles where applicable.Partner cross-functionally to support business and employee needs, balancing commercial objectives with creating a positive workplace.Be an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, integrating these values into talent strategies and day-to-day actions.Full timePosting Date: 2024-09-26
