Key Responsibilities:

Project and Program Management:

  • Lead the Mobility, Immigration and Contingent workforce programs.
  • Develop and implement HR operational strategies in an effort to streamline and optimize HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Lead the design, execution, and documentation of HR initiatives and projects to ensure alignment with the organizations goals and drive operational efficiency.
  • Lead change management efforts for HR initiatives and coordinate enablement with COE's across the organization.
  • Oversee multiple HR projects and initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop project plans, document processes, allocate resources, manage budgets and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A):

  • Partner with the Corporate Development team and core COE's to lead HR due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
  • Orchestrate the HR integration post-acquisition to ensure a smooth transition. Collaborate with cross functional teams regarding workforce planning, talent assessment, organizational design and onboarding, ensuring alignment with company culture and strategic goals.
  • Develop a repeatable best practice M&A playbook.

Global Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with global labor laws, regulations, and company policies across all regions.
  • Monitor legislative changes and adjust company policies and practices accordingly.
  • Manage audits for the various processes across the broader team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on M&A, Program Management, Project Management, and Global Compliance, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. A blend of HRBP, compensation, and operations experience is ideal.
  • Proven experience in leading global M&A due diligence and integration, with a deep understanding of labor laws, compensation, job architecture, and organizational design.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into operational activities.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex HR processes and projects across the full HR lifecycle.
  • Experience in developing and managing mobility, immigration and contingent workforce programs.
  • In-depth knowledge of global labor laws and regulations.
  • Proven track record of leading HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
  • Experience in HR/business transformation initiatives, project management methodologies, and human capital best practices.

Compensation: PTC carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, which include a candidate's background and experience, in determining salary for a position. Compensation will vary based on these factors, but PTC anticipates the salary range for this position to be between $175,000 - $190,000. The actual pay may be lower or higher depending on a candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and location and may also include the opportunity to earn a discretionary bonus. Additionally, every PTC employee has the opportunity to become a PTC shareholder through our employee share purchase program which allows employees to purchase discounted PTC stock and, for eligible roles, an equity grant.
