About the Role The Director Player Development is responsible for executing the casino player marketing strategy to increase premium players, their visits and their loyalty. Position Responsibilities
- Understands and explains Ocean Casino Resort programs to customers.
- Emphasizes the rewards and benefits of the Loyalty Card Program to promote customer awareness
- Responsible for generating gaming revenue through direct mail, telemarketing and networking with new, inactive and existing customers
- Arrange and attend on and off-site player events
- Tracks, analyzes and manages win and losses to determine comp-worth.
- Extend complimentary services to players when appropriate and within established guidelines.
- Ensure the protection of customer's rewards and credit lines
- Comply with all New Jersey regulatory requirements
- Maintain confidentiality of all Ocean Casino Resort proprietary information
Essential Functions
- Exposure to casino related environmental factors including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise and hectic environments.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Must be able to work holidays and weekends, as well as flexible shifts and/or unusual hours
- Continuous standing and walking for long periods of time
Requirements

- Ability to effectively communicate in English (Read, Write, Speak & Understand)
- Three + years Casino Operations, Marketing, or Sales experience required
