Job Description
General Summary:
The Policy & Alliance Development Director is responsible for building policy initiatives and strategic alliances in support of corporate objectives as well as objectives for a defined disease area. This includes developing reimbursement policy strategies, supporting policy development aimed at securing access to therapies for patients such as reducing the cost burden that patients encounter when accessing and maintaining certain patient protections as well as supporting disease awareness, clinical trial awareness, and screening campaigns with strategic partners. To accomplish this work, this role will partner closely with disease area leaders, Public Affairs leadership, including the leaders of the State Affairs, Federal Affairs, and Advocacy components.
Position will be a hybrid role working three days per week in either our D.C. or Boston office with some travel.

$194,000 - $291,000

The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
