Job Summary:

The dynamic vehicle electrification, industrial and commercial market spaces are undergoing transformational growth. High power modules are no longer an off-the-shelf semiconductor solution, but rather an integral part of the overall power electronics architecture. We are seeking a passionate design for quality specialist with expertise in power semiconductors to come on board onsemi's Power Solutions Group and be part of our quest to be the global Intelligent Power solutions leader.

We have an innovative portfolio of IGBT & Silicon Carbide (SiC) high power modules and we look forward to enhance our product roadmap with creative solutions that enables us to meet our customer needs. The successful applicant will be based in either our San Jose, CA or Scottsdale, AZ office.

This is an individual contributor senior technical ladder role, equivalent to that of a senior manager. Candidates without relevant experience or qualifications need not apply.
