You will work closely with finance, treasury, IT, and other stakeholders to define product features, prioritize the product backlog, and ensure the successful delivery of financial products and solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain the product backlog, and continuously refine the product roadmap based on evolving business needs, stakeholder feedback and market changes. Ensure both are prioritized based on business value, urgency, and alignment to long term strategic goals.
  • Lead the planning and execution of product sprints working with cross-functional teams including developers, QA and UX to ensure timely and quality delivery of product features.
  • Facilitate regular feedback sessions with finance/treasury teams and conduct periodic product performance reviews to assess the effectiveness of the product strategy, gather insights and adjust as needed.
  • Regularly gather user feedback through surveys, interviews, and usability testing to continuously improve the product and ensure it meets the evolving needs of finance and treasury users.
  • Conduct market research to keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies that could impact Finance/Treasury functions.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations when defining product features and requirements.
  • Monitor key product metrics and KPIs, ensuring that the product delivers value on an ongoing basis.
  • What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field. MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar role, with a focus on Finance, Treasury, or related areas.
  • Solid understanding of financial processes, systems, and best practices, particularly in the areas of cash management, liquidity management, financial reporting, and forecasting.
  • Intellectual agility and a high degree of comfort with ambiguity.
  • Ability to exercise sound business judgement; make principles-based tradeoffs in forming recommendations and making product decisions.
  • Experience managing both the strategic and executional aspects of product development and product management/enhancement initiatives.
  • Ability to engage and influence organizational leaders and external partners regarding product line direction and initiative formation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and attention to detail.
  • Preferred Skills

  • Experience in managing products in the finance or treasury domain, with a focus on automation, digital transformation, and process optimization.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with financing securitization processes.
  • Professional certifications in Product Management, Agile Practices, and/or Treasury Functions.
  • Experience with financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, or treasury risk management.
