The Director, Product Management - Digital Products, is pivotal in steering the vision and strategic direction of the organization's digital products, encompassing the CRM Ecosystem, Website, Digital Applications, and Games. They are responsible for translating stakeholder needs and market opportunities into actionable roadmaps and product features while leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment to deliver high-value digital solutions efficiently. This position bridges the gap between business objectives and technological capabilities, ensuring that the product development process aligns with the company's goals and dynamically responds to customer demands and competitive pressures. Through effective leadership and strategic foresight, the Digital Product Management Leader drives the growth and success of the organization's digital portfolio.

Responsibilities
  • Develops and communicates a clear strategic vision for all digital products such as CRM Ecosystem, Websites, Digital Applications, and Games, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and market needs.
  • Provides leadership consultation to the cross-divisional product management team in identifying new opportunities and defining product value propositions.
  • Builds and manages dynamic, data-driven roadmaps and product backlogs for each digital product.
  • Acts as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the product management team.
  • Leads cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Establishes and monitors each digital product's key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Guides the design process to ensure products are accessible, intuitive, and provide a seamless user experience.
Work Schedule

This position is full-time, hybrid, Monday - Friday.

Reports To

Head of Digital Audience Development.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Five (5) or more years of experience in product management or product development in technology.
  • Proven expertise in product management methodologies, such as Agile and Lean practices.
  • Strong technical understanding and experience with digital product development cycles.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in analyzing market trends and performance metrics.
  • Effective communication skills, ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
  • Experience working with the Salesforce suite of products and services.
Starting Salary

Exempt (Salaried). $110,000 - $120,000 annually.
