We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director, Product Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management and a proven ability to drive strategic initiatives that align with the company's vision and goals.

JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives that drive business growth and innovation.

  • Work closely with senior leadership to define strategic objectives and key initiatives to achieve them.

  • Lead cross-functional project teams to execute strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

  • Communicate progress, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans, including product roadmap, go-to-market strategy, and resource allocation.

  • Create requirements for strategic initiatives working with the business and technology teams.

  • Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of strategic initiatives and make data-driven decisions.

  • Identify and mitigate risks and barriers to success, and develop contingency plans as needed.

  • Continuously monitor industry trends, customer feedback, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making and adjust plans accordingly.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

  • 7-10 years of experience in product management, strategic planning, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.

  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
