At a strategic level, you will contribute to the development of the products and market strategies and drive resulting implementations. You will drive the vision of the products and act as a thought leader and advocate, building long-term road maps and you will also take accountability for the overall product success. You will be responsible for defining the product strategy, roadmap, and features that ensure compliance with global financial regulations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, compliance experts, and data scientists, to create robust products that meet the complex needs of financial institutions and regulatory bodies. This role requires a deep understanding of AML requirements, emerging regulatory trends, and customer pain points.Location: East Coast of the U.S. preferredKey Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision and strategy for AML Digital Worker products, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap based on regulatory changes, customer feedback, market research, and technological advancements.
- Work closely with engineering, data science, and sales teams to prioritize features and ensure successful delivery.
- Lead and oversee a team of product managers, providing guidance, mentorship and strategic direction to ensure the successful development and delivery of high-quality products. Foster a collaborative and results-driven environment while aligning team efforts with organizational goals and priorities.
- Stay updated on global AML regulations and ensure the software complies with changing standards (e.g., OFAC, FinCEN, 6AMLD).
- Partner with UX/UI designers to ensure the product is intuitive and meets the operational needs of compliance professionals.
- Utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions, track performance metrics, and make adjustments as needed.
- Engage with customers to understand their pain points, gather feedback, and ensure the product addresses the compliance challenges faced by financial institutions.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to ensure the product remains competitive and meets market demands.
- Plan and execute successful product launches, including go-to-market strategies, sales enablement, and customer training.
Qualifications/Experience
- 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in the financial services or fintech industry. Experience with AML or compliance-related software is a strong plus.
- 3+ years of experience managing Product Managers.
- Understanding of software development processes and the ability to work closely with technical teams.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and customer feedback to make informed decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and regulatory requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders to drive product success.
- A passion for delivering customer-centric products that solve real-world compliance challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field. MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX), highly empathetic with users, customers, partners and co-workers

- Strong understanding of cloud-based software and SaaS integrations and technologies
- Knowledge of SaaS pricing models
- Experience entering and managing partner relationships
Currently, WorkFusion is a hybrid remote workforce worldwide with headquarters on Broadway in New York City and additional hubs in Europe, and Asia.The salary for the Director, Product Management role ranges between $150,000 and $170,000 annually and will align with the candidate's experience and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonus, based on company and individual performance.
