Job Description:

Launched in early 2023, C3 Generative AI provides the ability to orchestrate AI agents to retrieve data, analyze information, surface insights, and to take action to unlock value for enterprises. C3 Generative AI is available as a standalone product offering, and also integrates with all of C3 AI's other software products.

The role will serve as the primary focal point for bringing the C3 Generative AI product suite to market. You will define the messaging and positioning for the products and help develop packaging and associated pricing. In your role, you will be an expert in generative AI and deep learning techniques across a landscape of use cases: natural language understanding, enterprise search, data transformers, data synthesis, developer productivity and more.

The primary vehicle for generative AI capabilities will be showcased and delivered through application use cases. You will build a deep understanding of C3 AI Applications and be integral to the vision to drive new patterns of human computer interaction for enterprise application software.

The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with deep analytic and problem-solving capabilities, a compelling storyteller, and a communicator of complex concepts using simple, differentiating messaging. Product and technical curiosity are a must as is the ability to successfully navigate ambiguity while driving clarity and influencing decisions in a highly dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer requirements and generative AI capabilities, and partner with Product Management to define market opportunities and influence roadmap priorities.
  • Help identify and develop the right application product packages, feature sets, product pricing, based on an analysis of data, competitor actions, etc.
  • Create and execute the partnership strategies and go-to-market plans for product launches and releases.
  • Develop compelling and easy-to-understand product content for Sales and Presales including sales training on product, positioning, competitive analyses, FAQs, and sales playbooks.
  • Develop compelling external product content including data sheets and case studies, website content, blogs, webinars, solution guides, product launches, etc.
  • Work closely with Sales and Presales to inspire, motivate, and ultimately win customer business through the sales cycle; develop trusted relationships with customers and users through the sales cycle.
  • Identify and implement strategies to drive usage and growth for C3 Generative AI Product Suite.
  • Work with marketing to develop and run compelling campaigns that create awareness and drive pipeline.
  • Effectively and proactively communicate with customers and build a trusted advisor relationship.
  • Present with authority at industry conferences, panels, and customer and internal events.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science in STEM field; MBA or Master of Science preferred.
  • 8+ years of work experience in highly analytical enterprise or B2B environments.
  • Significant experience in analytics, AI/ML, deep learning, generative AI and related data science is highly preferred.
  • Experience with data science and development tooling, especially visual tooling, is a plus.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to translate technical product capabilities into compelling customer benefits.
  • Experience managing and developing new product marketing programs with clear data-driven results.
  • Experience managing and researching product positioning, competitive analysis, and product pricing.
  • Ability to develop product strategy and execute against strategic plans.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with sales, marketing, and product management to achieve results.
  • Experience working directly with customers to understand and respond to their needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, including strong executive presence.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and bias for action – you have the ability to navigate both business and technical domains.
  • Time-management and prioritization – you are comfortable simultaneously working across many projects, both collaboratively across diverse teams (including customer-facing and internal teams) and self-starting initiatives.
  • Value self-learning – you habitually further your understanding of relevant areas of interest, such as deep learning, generative AI, cloud computing, and data science.
