The Role:

We are seeking a superstar that specializes in performance media, with a focus on programmatic, search and social.

well-versed on DSP selection, programmatic tactics as well as with FB/IG stories, CCPA and the merits in Googles rebranding of Adwords.

Challenging clients and internal teams alike to get out of their comfort zone in the pursuit of brilliant ideas.

Solution-seeker who always looks on the bright side and is willing to jump over obstacles to bring the work from good to great. Highly skilled in their craft and courageous in their approach

Work closely with the performance teams across multiple clients to drive their performance marketing plan, defining overarching strategies to best reach their goals

Focus on innovation, testing strategies, and the formulation of learning agendas

Work in close collaboration with the PHD planning team to ensure programmatic, social and search strategies fit within the holistic strategy connecting all parts of the consumer journey

Qualifications:

  • 7+years business experience including 5+ years building and/or managing accounts across programmatic, social and search
  • Deep understanding of programmatic is a must
  • Comfortable engaging with and presenting to senior client leaders including CMO s
  • Deep knowledge of the interactive media landscape including emerging trends
  • Well-rounded thinker equally strong conceptual, analytical and executional thinker
  • Confident manager with the ability to mentor and inspire the team
  • Strong organizational skills and project management to drive effective results
  • A passion for tech and innovation
