- Manage daily operations with support from commercial and personal lines supervisors
- Ensures consistent and efficient servicing work flows are developed and practiced
- Run reports to monitor employee workload and performance
- Complete annual employee reviews for all service team members
- Client Servicing Management System
- Stay abreast of system changes and advances to maximize service level provided to clients
- Ensures employees are informed of and incorporate system advances
- Support marketing and service campaigns with internal system
- Stay up-to-date on carrier requirements to ensure proper E&O practices are being followed by all team members
- Partner with current supervisors to complete E&O audits to maintain good standing
- Reinforce a team environment
- Manage service team members and professionally address or escalate employee issues
WHERE YOU'LL BE LOCATED:This role is local to our Wyomissing, Pennsylvania, office on a Hybrid schedule, once fully trained. You will need to have access to a secure, quiet location with high speed, reliable internet.WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TEAM:

DESIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- College degree and/or equivalent relevant business experience
- CIC Designation or equivalent.
- Property & Casualty license required
- 5+ years in insurance in Property & Casualty, insurance operating systems
- 5+ years managing employees
