We are seeking an experienced Director, Quantitative Systems Pharmacology (QSP) Modeling to lead and drive impactful modeling strategies that will shape the future of clinical development. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of talented scientists and collaborate across functions to drive world-class drug development programs.

The Director, QSP Modeling will play a critical role in the development and application of quantitative systems pharmacology (QSP) modeling to inform clinical development strategies and optimize drug discovery. This position will demand a visionary leader with deep scientific expertise and a passion for driving innovation. This individual will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, influence key decisions, and provide strategic input to regulatory submissions.

Principal Responsibilities:

* Provide scientific and strategic leadership in the application of QSP models to guide drug development and support key product decisions across therapeutic areas such as Immunology, Oncology, and Neuroscience.

* Lead cross-functional QSP project teams, working closely with clinical, therapeutic, and regulatory teams to ensure QSP modeling is fully integrated into program strategies and decision-making processes.

* Mentor and develop junior scientists, promoting a culture of scientific excellence, innovation, and collaboration. Encourage growth and foster a collaborative, results-driven environment.

* Oversee the development and application of QSP models to address critical drug discovery and development questions, providing both scientific and strategic expertise in the use of QSP and MIDD methodologies.

* Contribute to regulatory submissions, including preparing and reviewing modeling documents, and responding to agency questions.

* Lead interactions with external partners, including Contract Research Organizations (CROs), ensuring outsourced modeling work meets the highest scientific and quality standards.

* Drive innovation in QSP modeling, promoting the use of cutting-edge modeling technologies and methodologies to advance drug discovery and development strategies.
