Play your part in our team's successAs the direct report to the Executive Director of Global Real Estate Strategy, you will oversee a dynamic and expanding global team focused on creating innovative work environments. Your role will involve leading and collaborating with a diverse global team, allowing you to make significant contributions to large-scale projects worldwide.
The ideal candidate should have a relevant educational background in architecture, workplace strategy, or similar fields. Additionally, they should have substantial experience leading a team of workplace strategists and delivering large-scale campus strategy projects in different geographies. You should also be skilled in collaborating across functions, working with businesses to provide data-based solutions, and expertise in space planning, user research, occupancy planning and strategy, and space programming.
