Job Purpose:
We are partnering with a dynamic specialist staffing firm in the Renewables sector looking for their Managing Director - Renewable Energy. They are a part of a wider portfolio business and have strong investment backing to facilitate their growth. They have market leading compensation and full back office/upper-leadership support to scale the business. You will be a key hire for the business as you will be building and growing a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, Implement, and Manage the entire recruitment process from client engagement to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the Renewable Energy sector.
- Engage in business development activities to identify and secure new clients.
- Develop and promote a strong employer brand
- Negotiate terms and fees with clients and candidates effectively.
- Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competition in the Renewables and Sustainability market.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-10 years of experience in full-desk recruitment, with a strong agency background. Proven experience building and growing a team is preferred.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Renewable Energy and Sustainability sectors is required.
- Business Development: Proven track record of success in business development and recruitment.
- Skills: Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills are a must.
- Education: Flexible educational background; relevant experience and skills are prioritized.
