As the Director, Retail Operations overseeing the USA North West region, you will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities to drive sales and maximize profits, validating daily operations and supporting special initiatives in the stores within your regional portfolio. The typical hiring range for this position is $125,000–$175,000 USD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
