Director of Revenue Cycle ManagementWhy are we looking?

Previous director took leave of absence for family reasons and didn't return.

Must have lots of contracting experience:

Negotiating with insurance companies, pre-authorizations, rates, fee scheduling, etc.

This can't just be signing off on contracts but actually negotiating them.

Must have experience setting up credentialing.

Data analytics:

Identify trends, etc.

Will have access to a team of 5 who can access everything they'll need.

ERM is EClinicalWorks:

Used for billing.

Waystar is our clearing house.

Will manage the billing team (40 people):

Charge entry.

6 credentialers (one supervisor).

1 supervisor and one manager.

Manage and mentor.

All billing done in-house.

Appeals:

Have a team, but will need to assist as needed.

Will talk to state boards as needed.

Need someone who is proactive, high-level strategic leader, not just a billing manager.

Make decisions and lead people, doesn't have to be told what to do all the time.Salary: VP $130k - $160k (DOE), Director $100-130K - $150-200K+ #J-18808-Ljbffr
