Working across various industries, we help our clients achieve their marketing and communication goals by revolutionizing the way live experiences are created and shared.Who You Are:We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Director of Sales to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will take charge of selling First Tube's diverse range of advertising agency services and media solutions. You'll collaborate with brands, advertising agencies, and media buyers to tailor strategic solutions that drive successful campaigns.Key Responsibilities:Revenue Growth: Drive sales by offering a wide array of advertising agency services and video media solutions to brands and advertising agencies.Client Relationships: Develop and sustain strong relationships with key decision-makers, media buyers, and marketing executives.Consultative Selling: Identify client needs and provide customized media and advertising solutions to meet their campaign objectives.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (strategy, creative, product) to develop tailored and impactful campaigns for clients.Market Insight: Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to position First Tube as a leading solution.Contract Negotiation: Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and secure long-term partnerships with clients.Performance Targets: Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall team success.Qualifications:Sales Expertise: Proven track record of driving sales and business development with a focus on high-value accounts and strategic partnerships.Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, able to translate complex services into clear client solutions.Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the video advertising landscape and familiarity with agency services.Relationship Management: Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships, particularly with advertising agencies.Self-Driven: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Tech Savvy: Experience using CRM systems and sales tools to effectively manage pipelines and track performance.Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred but not required.Horizon Media is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
