Oversees Outrigger Hotels and Resorts' global social media platform in conjunction with the commercial team strategy. Serves as a brand champion and representative of Outrigger to the community, primarily via social media. Ensures social media efforts drive awareness, build audience, increase engagement and amplification while supporting booking conversion. This role collaborates with corporate and property stakeholders, as well as vendors to deliver an effective social media strategy and editorial plan that leads to conversion. Position requires SEO and social marketing understanding, content development, distribution and measurement across web, social and email channels. Works closely with email and property teams to ensure unique hotel programming and identifiers are captured and represented in content strategy. Collaborates with brand team to ensure content is consistent with brand voice, style and tone. Effective management of junior team members and content resources including designers, writers, social partners, and other agency personnel.

Minimum Requirements

College degree in a related field or a minimum of 7-10 years of experience. Prior experience with Social Media Management, Conductor or other SEO platforms. Must have working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Compensation & Benefits:

$99,000-109,000, with potential for adjustment based on factors such as an applicant's skills, experience and/or education.
