Specific Responsibilities Would Include
Centric Brands is seeking a strategic, hands-on, and experienced Director of Sourcing Operations to lead transformative projects within our global Sourcing Organization. This role will be instrumental in developing, managing, and executing operational strategies and processes that drive efficiency, foster innovation, and support the company's growth and profitability goals. The Director will work closely with the Senior Vice President of Sourcing Operations, and the Sourcing team members in Asia and North America, as well as key departments such as Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and HR, to align and implement initiatives that position Centric Brands as a world-class global sourcing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operational Efficiency & Strategic Transformation:
* Develop, manage, and implement project management operating procedures to ensure consistent quality and efficiency across the organization.
* Build future capabilities focused on execution, innovation, growth, and profitability within the sourcing and supply chain functions.
* Assist in the design and implementation of organizational transformation and SOP guidelines to transition US-based functions to Asia-based teams.
* Process & Communication Enhancement:
* Create and execute strategic plans for operational improvements across business units, recommending process initiatives to enhance efficiency and global communication.
* Develop training materials, SOPs, and new workflow processes to facilitate seamless transition and operational excellence.
* Systems & Change Management:
* Assist in the rollout and training of new IT systems, ensuring smooth integration across teams.
* Support the implementation of future state roles and responsibilities in the US and Asia through effective change management practices, working sessions, and tool utilization.
* Asia Business Expansion & Project Metrics:
* Lead detailed planning and scheduling for the build-out of Centric Brands' Asia business, monitoring key project metrics to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
* Drive the establishment and continuous improvement of project management methodologies, policies, and procedures, with a focus on adaptability and creative solutions.
* Project Management Leadership:
* Drive policies, procedures, and methodologies, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational goals.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain best practices in project management.
Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have
* Strong knowledge of product development, sourcing, and production processes, with a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end lifecycle from concept to delivery
* Strong adaptability and proven experience in driving efficiencies and effective execution of initiatives and projects
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze data, create detailed reports, and develop compelling presentations
* High emotional and cultural intelligence, with exceptional communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Technology, Electronics Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
* 7-10 years of experience as a leader in Sourcing and Production of the fashion and apparel industry.
* Proficiency in SAP and FlexPLM is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000
At Centric Brands, we believe our people are our greatest asset, and we seek to structure competitive compensation offers to ensure that we are able to attract and retain the best talent. Our job postings include an annual base salary range at the time of employment. The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
