We are on a transformation journey with customer centricity at the heart, using data, technology, and creative excellence to deliver an outstanding connection with clients of all sizes.The Director/Sr. Director will be responsible for driving the growth of our customer base through strategic digital lead generation and prospect acquisition initiatives. This critical leadership role requires a deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies, a consistent track record of successful digital lead generation campaigns, and the ability to lead a high-performing team. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and oversee execution of comprehensive paid media campaigns that align with the company's overall growth objectives within the SME space.What You'll Do:Digital Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and oversee execution of a comprehensive lead generation strategy that includes identifying target audiences, using buyer personas, and defining/optimizing lead acquisition channels, including Paid Media, Paid Content, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).Team Leadership: Handle and lead a team of channel managers, encouraging a high-performance culture and ensuring the team's targets are met.Prospect Acquisition & Cultivate: Identify and establish channels and programs to digitally cultivate high-quality prospects through the pipeline. Evaluate and be a great partner with third-party vendors and agencies when necessary.Data Analysis: Apply data-driven insights to continuously refine lead generation strategies, monitor performance metrics, and optimize conversion rates.Content Planning and Lead Magnet Development: Oversee the development of engaging content for always-on paid media campaigns to attract, nurture, and convert leads through various digital marketing channels.Technology and Tools: Partner with Marketing Operations team to evaluate, implement & use the martech stack and automation systems to streamline lead generation processes and enhance efficiency.Budget Management: Develop and manage the budget for digital lead generation and prospect acquisition activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and return on investment measurement.Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, product, brand, and other departments to align lead generation efforts with the company's overall brand/content strategy, sales goals, and product roadmap.Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to adapt lead generation strategies accordingly.Buyer Experience & CRO: Manage digital buyer journeys from initial contact to conversion. Oversee implementation of strategies to optimize conversion rates across campaigns & channels, and improve overall Prospect satisfaction.What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Experience in a leadership role within B2B digital lead generation & acquisition.Strong understanding of paid media analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation.Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.Proficiency in data analysis and performance measurement.Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team.Experience in budget management and resource allocation.Motivated by a focus on meeting and exceeding goals.As a leading global travel management company, we are uniquely positioned to champion and influence inclusive, accessible, and safe travel for all. The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Award plan, which rewards participants based on company and individual performance and is also eligible for awards under the company Equity Incentive Plan, which is designed to align participants' interests with those of shareholders.
