The NeedFor over 25 years, IJM has pioneered the work to protect vulnerable people from violence. 9 out of 9 times in the last decade, IJM's Justice System Strengthening Projects have reduced slavery and violence between 50 and 85% for very large populations of people in poverty. As we grow to expand our impact to protect 500 million people from violence, we are seeking a Director, Strategic Partnerships Marketing & Communications.
As IJM accelerates its trajectory of growth and impact, the Strategic Partnerships team is seeking a driven leader to develop and execute a strategic marketing and communication plan to drive the scaling of major donor revenue across the US market and manage a team of marketing professionals to execute on this plan. This position works in close collaboration with IJM's Strategic Partnerships team and Global and North America marketing teams.
We will consider remote applicants for this position, but will prioritize those based in the Washington, DC area. The role can be hybrid (onsite Tuesdays and Thursdays). It reports to the Vice President, Strategic Partnerships and is only available for candidates with the right to work in the US.
