Responsibilities
* Program Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple strategic programs simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
* Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, sales, marketing, and finance to ensure all stakeholders are engaged and informed.
* Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans, including program roadmaps, timelines, and milestones.
* Performance Tracking: Monitor program performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques; track KPIs and report on program progress.
* Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure programs are delivered on time and within scope.
* Communication: Provide regular updates to senior leadership and other key stakeholders on program status, risks, and issues.
* Resource Allocation: Manage program resources effectively, ensuring that teams are aligned and equipped to achieve program objectives.
* Analytical Focus: Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and measure program success. Implement metrics-driven approaches to optimize program performance and outcomes.
* Process Orientation: Develop and refine processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and consistency across all programs.
Qualifications
* At least 5-7 years of experience in consulting, program management or related role within a technology firm
