We are looking for talented and highly-motivated individuals who demonstrate a natural desire to improve and build new processes that support the meaningful work of community oncologists and the patients they serve.Job Description:The Director of Strategy & Corporate Development will be a key leader on the Corporate Strategy team, working to drive OneOncology's most important strategic and operational priorities. This will be a dynamic role which requires a multi-dimensional skillset including the ability to operate independently, lead potential M&A processes, and work collaboratively with others across the organization, including senior leadership and investors. The individual should be an experienced and highly motivated self-starter, comfortable voicing their opinion and asking questions, and able to work in ambiguous environments.The role will provide exciting growth opportunities for personal and career development within a high-growth healthcare company, as well as frequent interactions with the OneOncology executive team and private equity investors. This is an ideal role for someone looking to gain experience in a high-visibility position within a well-capitalized, high-growth environment. While the individual will work within the Corporate Strategy team, the role will directly interface with leaders across the organization, including finance, operations, clinical, and technology teams. OneOncology is growing rapidly and is working to complete two large acquisitions this year in tech-enabled pharma services and in urology. This individual will play a critical role in integrating and optimizing these transactions as well as driving continued growth across the core oncology business.Responsibilities:Serve as point person for diligence and thesis development for potential corporate acquisitions, working closely with OneOncology's capital partners, TPG & Cencora.Lead monitoring of KPIs for corporate priorities and partner with functional leaders on tactics to enhance performance.Assist with integration activities for corporate M&A and drive success on key integration goals.Assist with compilation of quarterly Board materials and monthly operating review materials for OneOncology's investors.Evaluate new business line and strategic partnership opportunities, including within oncology, pharma services, or adjacent specialties.Note that this individual will not have direct reports initially so candidates must be willing to be hands on with analyses and presentations.Contribute positively to the culture of the organization and collaborate with individuals of different backgrounds and personalities.Qualifications:Ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of work experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, healthcare consulting, or corporate strategy roles.Strong knowledge of healthcare industry, with knowledge of provider organizations, oncology, or pharmaceuticals preferred.Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.Strong written and oral communications skills.Ability to flex between hands-on tactical work and senior level communications.Self-starter mentality with ability to operate in ambiguity and with limited day-to-day oversight.Ability to analyze information from various data sources into a concise message for senior leaders.Bachelor's degree.Location in Nashville.#J-18808-Ljbffr
