About the role:You will be responsible for building, implementing and ongoing management of the FIS global Supplier Value Management program which includes overall supplier management, outsourcing & other regulatory program (e.g. DORA) management, with a focus on maximizing value through effective oversight of key suppliers in coordination with FIS line of business (LOB) executives, Supply Chain Management (SCM) leaders and risk teams. Develops and maintains policies, procedures, program governance and frameworks to enable supply chain processes and establishes oversight activities.
What you will be doing:- Leads development and implementation of the Supplier Value Management Program including program framework, governance and process requirements.
- Provides strategic thought leadership for process and technology requirements related to supplier information management, supplier onboarding and supplier performance management.
- Develops comprehensive strategies for management of key suppliers, including outsourced relationships and other regulatory programs (e.g., DORA) on behalf of SCM.
- Creates and aligns segmentation model and tiered execution strategies based on spend, risk, revenue and complexity of relationships.
- Designs governance structure leveraging centers-of-excellence for key deliverables that span across multiple suppliers.
- Manages key internal stakeholder relationships related to outsourcing, regulated entities and related supplier management activities.
- Collaborates with Preferred Partner Program (PPP) to support revenue and partnership opportunities with key suppliers.
- Develops policies and procedures to identity strategic/critical suppliers, provide program governance, identify/mitigate risk, manage supplier performance and strengthen supplier relationships.
- Supports specific high-risk/high-opportunity supplier relationships.
- Drives cross-functional team efforts to ensure on-time delivery of critical initiatives.
- Leads change management activities across multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Demonstrates effective leadership for the department including, but not limited to, hiring, performance appraisals, employee development and employee relations issues.
What you will need:- Minimum of 8 years of previous experience within strategic sourcing or vendor risk management
- Familiar working in a regulated environment
- Experienced developing and implementing strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various s levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors
- Excellent problem solving, team and time management skills managing multiple deadlines for self and others
- Proficiency in evaluating the performance capabilities of subordinates as well as counsel subordinates in development and/or corrective discipline
- Proficiency in making projections of future expenses based on analysis of cost effectiveness of past expenditures
- Proficiency to operate independently

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $138,600.00 - $232,850.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
