Job Description
Orzac Center for Rehabilitation- Directs and oversees implementation of policies governing the safe and efficient operations across non-clinical support services, including EVS and Engineering.
Job Responsibility
* Leads a Support Services group by communicating with and developing staff members, and building consensus for programs and goals that support a business, function or geographic area.
* Develops and articulates a short-term strategic vision for areas of responsibility.
* Through directors and managers, plans and directs operations of multiple non-medical service functions
* Ensures that operations meet the needs of the organization and its patient population.
* Establishes operational procedures, guidelines, and budgets and ensures compliance in all areas.

Job Qualification
* Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
* 8-12 years of relevant experience and 7+ years of leadership / management experience, required.
Preferred Qualifications
* Prior healthcare engineering experience, strongly preferred.
* Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility, strongly preferred.
* Healthcare Facilities Certification such as Certified Health Care Facility Manager (CHFM) certification, OSHA Safety and Health Fundamentals Certificate program, or related ASHE certifications for health care facilities professionals
