Job Overview

Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President, Talent (HR), you as the Director, Talent Data and Systems are responsible for Red Bull North America's (RBNA) approach and execution of all HR systems, analytics, and data integrity efforts.You will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of data, delivery of HR services, and driving people-related decisions and strategies through data and systems.
