From benefits questions to employee engagement and building community, the People team are true Rothy's champions.About the role:The Director of Talent Management will be responsible for developing and executing talent strategies that align with Rothy's growth objectives. You will lead initiatives to drive high performance, engagement, and employee development, fostering a thriving work environment. This role will manage People Business Partners and work closely with the SVP, People and Workplace to ensure our people strategies support business goals.What you'll do:
- Design and implement talent management strategies that drive high performance and employee engagement
- Evolve and lead our performance management processes, ensuring they align with company goals and support employee development
- Develop and manage programs for manager effectiveness, career development, and succession planning
- Collaborate with leaders across the organization to identify key talent needs and create strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent
- Oversee employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, action planning, and ongoing culture improvements
- Manage, develop and mentor People Business Partners, ensuring alignment on talent strategies and providing guidance on best practices
- Monitor key HR metrics to track the effectiveness of talent programs and drive continuous improvement
- Act as a strategic partner to department heads, offering insights and recommendations on workforce planning and talent strategiesYou are:

- 8+ years of experience in talent management, business partnership, or HR program management in high growth, dynamic environments
- 3+ years of experience managing and developing other HR professionals
- Proven track record of designing and executing talent strategies that drive engagement and performance and align with business priorities
