As a Director, Tech Management/ENTECH, you will be part of the Technology Management team providing implementation, service, and support for all Banner Health medical equipment. The commercial business ENTECH provides project management, on-site technology management, equipment planning and assessment for imaging and non-imaging clinical technology.

POSITION SUMMARYThis position is responsible for providing direction and leadership to the IT/Technology Management (TM) and ENTECH departments, including developing, evaluating, and managing technology management/ENTECH personnel and operations to contribute to the overall success of the system.
CORE FUNCTIONS1. Provide leadership, management and guidance to Technology Management (TM) facility(s) based team(s). Ensure compliance with strategic vision, and priorities while seeking opportunities for efficiency.2. Develop and oversee the facility(s) clinical technology management budget in conjunction with corporate goals and objectives.3. Participate and may lead in task forces and councils for process development and quality improvement.4. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and participating in professional societies.5. Engage staff and facility/business entity leaders to support and deliver clinical technology applications and services.6. Market and promote the sale of TM/ENTECH services to outside customers.7. Assure collaborative support to Telehealth Remote Operations Center and other system teams.8. Provide direction and oversight for all IT Technology Management service activities across multiple facilities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSMust possess a strong knowledge of business administration and/or engineering as typically obtained through the completion of a bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, technology or a related field or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. Required minimum of five years progressively more responsible Leadership experience in all phases of medical equipment. Proven ability to manage complex large-scale project/system implementations required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSA strong knowledge and background in medical technology operations as typically achieved through seven to ten years of progressively responsible experience in medical technology operations and program development is preferred.
