Databricks is seeking to fill the position of Director of Technical Revenue, reporting to the Sr. Director of Order-to-Cash and Revenue. As the strategic owner driving technical revenue policy at scale, you will foster robust professional relationships with key business partners, external auditors, and the executive team through timely and high-quality communication and guidance. Developing, leading, and executing a global revenue strategy aligned with corporate goals while ensuring compliance with GAAP and operational efficiencies should be your passion. The ability to think critically, to plan, and execute effectively while collaborating across teams and locations will be key to success in this role.

The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents the base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for an annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
Zone 1 Pay Range: $162,500 — $287,500 USD
