The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. Position Summary

Columbia Athletics has positioned itself with elite-level coaches and top-notch facilities in the Campbell Sports Complex, Milstein Family Tennis Center, Baker Athletics Complex, and Dodge Fitness Center.
The Director of Tennis Marketing, Promotion, and Events manages marketing and promotional efforts in support of the Milstein Family Tennis Center.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing a Tennis Marketing Plan to maximize membership sales and promotion of the Tennis Center.
- Organize special corporate outings to showcase the facility.
- Establish and maintain relationships with local community leaders to enhance ties between Columbia, the Tennis Center, and the surrounding area.
- Developing and implementing on, and off-campus promotion plans for the University, stakeholders, and the local community.
- Utilize and regularly update social media platforms to enhance exposure within the NYC area.
- Oversee marketing of the Summer Camp program.
- Assist the Director of Tennis with other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of related experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have strong marketing and tennis background with expertise in promotions of facilities, events, and programming.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid Driver's License.
