We strive to remain people-minded and hold ourselves accountable in building exceptional teams, hiring exceptional talent, and creating an exceptional employee experience.Job ResponsabilitiesYour Impact to the role:Build and maintain a competitive total rewards strategy, including benefits, incentives, & partner on recognitions programs, which motivate performance, are fiscally responsible, and support the culture & attraction and retention of high performing talentDevelop compensation policies and procedures to provide consistency and governance, and analyze and monitor results including annual total rewards process, off-cycle processes and other performance and compensation-related changes in support of the strategic planProvide advice to fresh Leadership on various compensation matters such as salary management and annual merit processes, sales compensation design and job designOversee the communication and education of Total Rewards Programs to ensure understanding by employeesConduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning of compensation and benefits offerings, partner on any open enrollment and applicable programmingManage the budgeting/forecasting function for HQ & the North America Market as the HR ‘FP&A' Head; manage staff costs and HR & Office Experience Department budgetsWork with finance and local markets for oversight of our global markets' headcount and staff costsManage HR FP&A Manager and work closely with Talent Acquisition to benchmark positions and develop competitive total reward packages including base, long-term equity, and variable compensationYour impact in your first year:Set up the Total Rewards COE with clear role, responsibilities & processesBuild strong reputation and trust among the leadership team and the larger fresh workforcefresh total reward strategyBuild efficiencies with the departmentDesign a global recognition program(s)Align salary bands and org levels across HQAccurate forecasting of HQ & NA staff costsProfileWHO YOU AREYou have:A minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits managementAt least 2 years' experience designing and implementing Total Rewards ProgramsAt least 4 years' experience in HR finance, accounting, FP&A or similar finance expertiseIn-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits trends, best practices, and legal requirementsDeep business acumen and understanding of business strategies and principlesStrong knowledge of benefits, compensation and payroll governance and requirementsStrong analytical skills, and business planning skillsProven Project Management SkillsStrong Written and Verbal Communication SkillsExceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilitiesSignificant customer and business partner orientationProactively make recommendations on process improvement and new ways of workingAmbition to learn more, with a curious mindsetStrong passion for the beauty industryYou are:A people builder and developer of talent;
