LHH is partnering with an esteemed client to fill a critical role: Head of Total Rewards. This position will be central in shaping and managing compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and engage top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative pay structures to support recruitment and retention goals.
- Oversee comprehensive benefits offerings focused on employee well-being and satisfaction.
- Design performance-driven incentives aligned with company goals.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to ensure competitive rewards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, or Benefits at a leadership level.
- Strong analytical and strategic skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Expertise in designing competitive pay and benefits structures.
- Ability to lead with a focus on employee experience and engagement.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (Hybrid)
- Salary Range: $140,000-$165,000 annually
