About the Company: Phoenix Pro Connect is a leading executive search firm that identifies top talent for global organizations. We are currently supporting an international hospitality company in its search for a dynamic and experienced Total Rewards manager or director. This role is critical to ensuring the company remains competitive and attractive to top talent by managing and enhancing the organization's total rewards strategy.

Position Overview: The Benefits and Total Rewards Manager/Director will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive benefits and total rewards programs that align with the company's strategic goals and global footprint. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in international benefits management and a strong background in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Benefits Program Management:
    • Design, implement, and manage competitive benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
    • Please ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and international regulations.
    • Conduct benchmarking to ensure benefits programs are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Total Rewards Strategy:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy that includes compensation, benefits, recognition, and work-life balance programs.
    • Conduct market analysis to determine the competitive positioning of compensation and benefits packages.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to align the total rewards strategy with organizational objectives.
  • International Experience:
    • Manage benefits and total rewards programs across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and cultural considerations.
    • Partner with regional HR teams to address specific needs and challenges in different geographies.
    • Implement global mobility programs for expatriates and international assignees.
  • Employee Communication and Engagement:
    • Develop and deliver effective communication strategies to educate employees about benefits and total rewards programs.
    • Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions to improve program offerings continuously.
    • Promote a culture of recognition and appreciation through innovative rewards and recognition programs.
  • Vendor Management:
    • Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants to ensure high-quality service delivery.
    • Negotiate contracts and service agreements to optimize cost-effectiveness.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of benefits and total rewards programs.
    • Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on program performance and recommendations for improvement.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in benefits and total rewards management, with a significant portion in the hospitality industry.
    • Proven international experience managing benefits and total rewards programs across multiple countries.
    • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations and best practices.
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
    • Certification in Benefits (CEBS) or Compensation (CCP) is a plus.
