The Finance organization is responsible for leading and participating in a number of critical functions including: supporting executive management decisions making by analyzing results, assessing strategic alternatives and developing strategic plans; communicating financial results and forecasts with critical stakeholders, including executive management and Board of Directors, shareholders and regulators; managing the Company's balance sheet, including interest rate and liquidity risks; establishing the Company's capital policies and prioritizing investments; developing and implementing controls to reduce operational risk; developing and maintaining financial data and systems. The Finance organization works across functions and Business lines in the Company, requiring a broad understanding of our business, risk and strategy.
The Director, Treasury leads the team(s) responsible for the day-to-day operations ensuring Capital Planning processes are effective and meet internal and external standards safeguarding the company's position. The incumbent also completes complex analysis and projects.
Manages the capital management and stress testing functions on behalf of the company. Formulates and updates policies and guidelines on the planning and management of the company's capital resources. Generates and analyzes stress testing results including ensuring appropriate governance is applied.

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
Base Pay RangeMinimum: $166,500.00 USD
Maximum: $225,000.00 USD
