Job SummaryThe Director of Treasury is responsible for all aspects of the treasury function, including: daily liquidity management, cash forecasting, investment manager oversight, debt program surveillance and interfacing with credit ratings agencies. Develops and implements policies to optimize the organization's financial position and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
Essential FunctionsMust perform all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the hospital's policies and procedures, including its Service Standards and its Code of Conduct.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or Accounting from an accredited college or university.
Experience: Seven (7) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.
License/Certification: Preferred to have either Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Certified Financial Analyst (CFA).

Pay RangeCompensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Typically, new team members join at the minimum to mid salary range. Minimum to Midpoint Range (1.0 FTE): $177,465.60 to $242,663.20.
