This demands a strong focus on fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement, ensuring that the team always strives for excellence and pushes the boundaries of innovation. Responsible for managing budget and acquisition responsibilities and providing technical direction to execute capability delivery, reporting directly to the Materiel Leader. Supervises multiple government civilians, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally and contribute effectively to the team. Defines and implements the strategic vision for data operations, platform development, artificial intelligence/machine learning initiatives, and schema management across a diverse range of product lines within the value stream. Requires supervision of Product Line Managers and Product Owners, collaboration with Agile Coaches and Scrum Masters, and management of a substantial team of developers to ensure that data services are efficient, scalable and aligned with USCYBERCOM Joint Cyber Warfighting Architecture requirements.• US citizenship is required• Must be able to obtain/maintain a Top Secret/SCI Clearance• A non-disclosure agreement is a requirement of this position• This is a designated drug testing position• Supervisory position• Comprehensive knowledge of principles, policies, practices, regulations, and laws concerning system acquisition and management process and initiatives to plan, organize, and manage critical segments of the development, production, and/or deployment of systems, subsystems, and equipment that are within the state-of-the-art but require significant new application of principles.
