    What will you do?

    As Director, Web Operations and Digital Marketing, you will oversee the governance and execution of Scripps Health's consumer facing web properties and digital marketing initiatives, ensuring compliance with exceptional user experience design principles, accessibility requirements, and regulatory mandates.

    Collaborate with IT, clinical teams, and other stakeholders to integrate web products with electronic health records (EHR) systems.

    Utilize data analytics and market research to inform web product development and to optimize digital marketing campaigns for maximum effectiveness and ROI. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products that align with business objectives and provide value to patients and providers.

    Lead and manage SEO/SEM, marketing strategy, and display advertising campaigns within budget. Identify trends, insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

    Direct the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to drive growth and innovation.
