Requirements
- Certificate in Aged, AIN, Disability, or Community
- Working with Children Check
- National Police Check Certificate
- Unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence
- NDIS Worker Reference Check Number
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to treat clients with dignity and respect
- Follow through tasks, case management notes, responding, and reporting
- Flexibility and adaptability in any situation
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team to solve problems and achieve goals
- Willingness to undergo ongoing training for NDIS essential courses and mental health
- Compassion and empathy to support individuals from various backgrounds and special needs groups
